SUMMER RENTAL
While the Blackout Ranch originated as a hunting destination, it quickly became a summer favorite. The lodge sleeps 22 comfortably and was designed to accommodate multiple families or generations. The kitchen offers dining seating for all guests, with seating for 18 at the estate dining table and an additional 5 at the island. Each area was carefully furnished to create a family friendly atmosphere with adequate seating in any space. The great room features two living areas and can accommodate 18 adults. Similarly, the outdoor courtyard and firepit offers seating for over 20 adults.
River & Private Beach
Families love the private 1.5 mile stretch of river frontage for beach days. The Canadian River is a shallow, clear river with a sand bottom, making it ideal for families. Bring your beach chairs to place in the sand or even directly in the river. Kids enjoy building sand castles, catching minnows, and the large play radius.
ATV Riding
Summer lodging at Blackout Ranch includes use of a 6 seat ATV for trail riding on private property and transportation to the beach.

Outdoor Entertainment
The Lodge’s accommodations extend outside with ample gathering and entertaining space on the 46’ long courtyard and 840 sq ft covered porch. The courtyard features dining for 12 with an outdoor grill and 5’ firepit for evening smores. The covered porch features rocking chairs, rope swings, and a living space.
